Meet the Co-Founders
John Adams and Jeff Hunter were once rivals battling it out on the basketball court. Today, that same competitive spirit has evolved into a shared mission: helping former student-athletes successfully transition into the business world and continue pursuing excellence beyond sports.
Founder, Champions Corner
John Adams
John Adams is a Product Sales Lead at an industry-leading energy company serving clients across the nation. He earned his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering and is currently pursuing his MBA at The Citadel. Adams played three standout seasons at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, starting all 82 games while averaging a career double-double of 13.1 points and 10.0 rebounds per game, earning 2023–24 NEWMAC Player of the Year and multiple All-American honors. He concluded his collegiate career playing Division I basketball at The Citadel in the Southern Conference, starting 26 of 27 games during the season. Adams finished his career as one of the most decorated players in WPI basketball history.

Jeff Hunter
Jeff Hunter is a wealth management professional based in Florida with a passion for leadership, mentorship, and helping others build strong financial futures. Before entering the finance industry, he served as an assistant coach at Johns Hopkins University and previously worked as a self-employed health insurance advisor. Hunter enjoyed an extraordinary collegiate basketball career at Keene State College, earning two NABC First Team All-American selections. He finished his career as the program’s all-time leader in rebounds, blocks, field goal percentage, and games started while leading the Owls to three straight conference championships and multiple NCAA Tournament runs. Hunter graduated from Keene State with degrees in Safety and Occupational Health Applied Science and Construction Management.
